Order Minimum Value
We have minimum order amounts, plus any applicable shipping costs.

$300 for new wholesale customers
$150 for existing wholesale customers

Ordering and Payments
For simple and prompt transactions, all orders should be placed online by clicking here.

Once received, our team will be in touch within 1 business day to finalise your invoice and advise of all applicable shipping charges.

Once your invoice has been issued, payments can be made via standard Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

Please note: for all new wholesale customers, upfront payment is required on your first order prior to your order being shipped.

Shipping & Deliveries
All shipping fees will be calculated at cost price directly from our couriers based on weight and location and added to the final order invoice.

Items are shipped via Courier within 1 business day once the order has been approved by you. Transit time can range from 1 to 14 business days depending upon your location in Australia.

Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address details as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

Distribution
Vigilante Comics products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Catch etc.

Selling Vigilante Comics products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event an item reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact your account manager within 3 days of receipt to discuss the situation.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.

Am I eligible for a wholesale account?
To meet our eligibility criteria, you must provide us with details of your current ABN and proof you supply and sell comic book storage supplies either in-store or online. All new customers must meet minimum order quantities and accept our wholesale terms & conditions.

Can I collect from you?
You are more than welcome to collect your order during our wholesale operating hours. Our warehouse is located at 32-40 Tarnard Drive, Braeside VIC 3195

How do I become listed as a stockist on the Vigilante Comics website?
All new wholesale customers are listed on our website for the first 6 months, then must meet quarterly order requirements to remain listed. Contact your account manager to discuss these requirements.
